Green Bean Washed

In the washed process, the cherry is fully depulped after harvest, the mucilage completely removed, and the beans mechanically dried. The result is a clean, transparent cup that clearly expresses the character of our Mareeba terroir: sweet, full-bodied and naturally low in acidity — consistent and predictable across roast levels.

This is one of very few Australian-grown green coffee beans available nationally. Every lot is harvested, processed and stored in our on-farm cool room before dispatch.
