No brokers. No blends from elsewhere. Just the farm and you.

Most wholesale coffee in Australia passes through three or four hands before it reaches the cup. Ours travels from a row in Mareeba to our roastery, to your hopper. A direct relationship changes what's possible at every step — for your cup, your story, and your margin.

Lot number, paddock, variety, process, altitude, harvest date, roast date — printed on every bag and supplied as a data sheet. No estimations. No "single origin" without a single origin.

Roasted to your brief.

We dial roast profiles with you, not for you. Volumetric espresso, brew bar, milk-led, third-wave — we cup with your team until the cup is yours. Adjusted seasonally as the harvest changes.

Experimental fermentations, single-paddock releases, varietal trials. Our wholesale partners see the lot sheet before retail does — and reserve before the public release.

02 · Day 2 – 5
Samples on us.

If there's a fit, we'll send out samples and book a 30-minute call to talk profiles, pricing, and freight.

03 · Day 7 – 14
First delivery.

Once you've chosen, we set up a standing order. First delivery within seven days, with in-person or video support — ongoing, and from real people who know the coffee.

Common questions.

5 kg/week is the floor for a wholesale account. Below that, our retail subscription is a better fit — improved value on the same beans, no minimums, ships when you need it.
Yes — for in-house roasters we sell green by the sack. Lot-by-lot pricing depends on availability and grade.
We cup with your team to dial a profile against your equipment and target cup. Profiles are re-checked seasonally as the harvest changes.
It's not something we actively pursue. We've built the brand on transparency, traceability and provenance — and a lot of that is lost when the bag changes. Where there's a clear brand and quality alignment, we're open to the conversation.
Direct delivery in Mareeba and Sydney at no cost. Outside those areas, express freight is included in your standing-order pricing — no surprise add-ons at the end of the week.
We generally encourage partners to secure equipment directly, though we're always happy to assist with introductions to trusted suppliers across espresso machines, grinders, and brew-bar setups. In some cases, equipment support may form part of the broader partnership.
Yes — we welcome guest-roaster features for filter or espresso programs. Periods can be brief (a month, a season). The 5 kg/week minimum applies for the feature window. Tell us your concept and we'll work it through with you.
