DELIVERY INFORMATION

AT JACK MURAT WE STRIVE TO GET YOUR FRESHLY ROASTED COFFEE TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HERE'S HOW OUR DELIVERY PROCESS WORKS:

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

CURRENTLY, WE ROAST AND DISPATCH ORDERS ONCE A WEEK. AS INTEREST IN OUR COFFEE BUILDS, WE'RE COMMITTED TO INCREASING THE FREQUENCY OF ROASTING AND PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

ORDER PROCESSING:

ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 7 AM (LOCAL TIME) ON TUESDAY WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING DAY. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 7 AM (LOCAL TIME) ON TUESDAY WILL BE PROCESSED WEDNESDAY WEEK.

UPDATES AND DELAYS:

OUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE WILL ALWAYS BE UPDATED ON OUR WEBSITE. IN THE EVENT OF PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR UNFORESEEN DELAYS, PLEASE REST ASSURED THAT WE'LL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

WE UTILIZE THE SERVICES OF AUSTRALIAN POST FOR SHIPPING. SHIPPING FEES ARE DYNAMICALLY CALCULATED USING THE AUSTRALIA POST API.

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS WITH A CART VALUE EXCEEDING $70 AUD. ALL ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY DISPATCHED FROM ST PETERS, SYDNEY.

AT JACK MURAT, YOUR SATISFACTION WITH OUR COFFEE IS PARAMOUNT TO US. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT, PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT US AT INFO@JACKMURAT.COM, AND WE WILL DO OUR UTMOST TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR A CHANGE OF MIND OR IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT ALIGN WITH YOUR TASTE PREFERENCES.

HOWEVER, IN CASES WHERE THERE IS A VERIFIABLE QUALITY ISSUE OR A SHORTFALL IN OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE WILL ACT IN GOOD FAITH AND PROVIDE A REFUND AND/OR ACCEPT A RETURN. IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND.
