Terms & Conditions.

The agreement between you and Murat Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as Jack Murat) when you use jackmurat.com or buy our products. Plain English, no surprises — but everything you'd expect for an Australian business.

These Terms govern your use of jackmurat.com and your purchase of products and services from Murat Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as Jack Murat ('Jack Murat', 'we', 'us'). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

If you have questions about anything below, email hello@jackmurat.com.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment is processed via Shopify Payments, which supports major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Order confirmation is sent by email; we reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues.

Australian orders are roasted and dispatched within two business days of your billing date using Shippit and Australia Post. Free express shipping applies to orders over $70.

International shipping is available. If you run into an issue placing an international order — checkout error, restricted region, oversized cart — email hello@jackmurat.com and we'll work it out directly.

For international destinations, transit times vary and any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

For coffee specifically: if a bag arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably stale beyond our freshness windows (8 weeks from roast for filter, 6 weeks for espresso), contact us at hello@jackmurat.com within 14 days of receipt and we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we don't accept change-of-mind returns on opened bags.

Coffee subscriptions are managed from your Jack Murat account — your subscription now appears at the top of your account dashboard. Log in at any time to skip a delivery, change your coffee, size or grind, pause, or cancel.

There is no minimum commitment. Subscriptions are billed monthly and dispatched within two business days of your billing date. Express shipping is included on every subscription delivery.

To cancel, use your account — no email required. Any active or processing order at the time of cancellation will still be fulfilled.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices and product availability without notice.

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as such on the product page. We don't accept backorders for limited or single-lot releases.

Wholesale and trade orders are governed by a separate agreement provided after application via /pages/wholesale. Minimum wholesale volume is 5 kg per week.

Wholesale pricing, payment terms (typically 7-day Xero-invoiced billing), freight, and account management are discussed one-on-one after acceptance by our trade lead.
