Filter No. 1 is our everyday filter coffee, built from washed lots grown and processed on our estate in Mareeba, Queensland. Roasted light and clean for balance and clarity, it’s designed to be approachable, reliable, and easy to drink daily across batch brew, pour over, plunger, and other filter methods.

Smooth and clean, with gentle sweetness, soft citrus acidity, and a light body suited to easy daily filter drinking.

Store in an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. For the best experience, we suggest enjoying the coffee within one month of the roast date.

Our coffees are typically at their peak from around 7 days off roast onwards. Grind immediately before brewing for the freshest and most expressive cup.

Roasted to order, in small batches, within metres of the farm that grew the beans. We roast and dispatch within two business days of your billing date.
