Espresso No. 1 is our everyday espresso coffee, built from washed lots grown and processed on our estate in Mareeba, Queensland. Roasted for balance, sweetness, and structure, it’s designed to work comfortably across espresso machines, stovetop, plunger, and milk-based coffee alike.

Balanced and familiar, with rounded sweetness, low acidity, medium-heavy body, and a smooth chocolate-driven finish.

Store in an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. For the best experience, we suggest enjoying the coffee within one month of the roast date.

Our coffees are typically at their peak from around 7 days off roast onwards. Grind immediately before brewing for the freshest and most expressive cup.

Roasted to order, in small batches, within metres of the farm that grew the beans. We roast and dispatch within two business days of your billing date.
