Our single-estate filter coffee has been selected from our most promising lots in paddock 1 - our most mature trees. The coffee is roasted lighter, and it exhibits bright and fruity notes of peach and caramel. As the name suggests it works great for filter coffee.

Product Recipe

Pour-over recipe:

Use 17g of coffee.
Medium ground coffee.
Heat 250g of water to 93 degrees.
In 5 pours, add 50g of water every 30 seconds.
The total brew time should be 3 minutes.

Batch-brew recipe:

Use 65g of coffee.
Heat 1000g of water to 93 degrees.
Grind the coffee coarsely
Brew for a total of 5 minutes.
