Product Recipe

Pour-over recipe:

Use 17g of coffee.
Medium ground coffee.
Heat 250g of water to 93 degrees.
In 5 pours, add 50g of water every 30 seconds.
The total brew time should be 3 minutes.

Batch-brew recipe:

Use 65g of coffee.
Heat 1000g of water to 93 degrees.
Grind the coffee coarsely
Brew for a total of 5 minutes.
