Shipping policy
Where we ship. Australia-wide.
Free express shipping on all orders over $70. Orders under $70 are charged a flat express rate shown at checkout.
Roasted to order. We roast in small batches to order. Your coffee is roasted and dispatched within two (2) business days of your order (or, for subscriptions, your billing date), via express post with Australia Post.
Delivery times. Once dispatched, express post typically arrives in 1–3 business days; remote areas may take longer. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.
Subscriptions. Every subscription delivery includes free express shipping.
Lost or delayed parcels. If your parcel hasn't arrived in the expected window, email and we'll chase it with the carrier.
