Origin: Australia – Experience Coffee at Its Source
People talk about coffee origin like it’s always somewhere else – Colombia, Ethiopia, Brazil. But we grow it here too. In the rich soil of Far North Queensland, under our own sun, with our own hands.
This isn’t a marketing pitch. It’s an invite. Come see how we do it. From picking and fermenting to roasting and cupping – all in the place it was grown. You'll work alongside the team that farms it, processes it, and brews it. No fluff, just the real work behind a proper cup.
We’ll eat well — with every meal prepared on the farm by a chef — talk straight, and watch the sun rise over the farm from a hot air balloon (if the weather behaves). It’s three days that’ll change the way you think about Australian coffee.
