THE TOUR BEGINS IN THE PADDOCKS WHERE THE COFFEE IS GROWN.
YOU WILL WALK THROUGH THE ROWS AND SEE HOW COFFEE GROWS IN AUSTRALIAN CONDITIONS. WE TALK ABOUT VARIETIES, SEASONS, CLIMATE, WATER AND SOIL, AND HOW THOSE FACTORS INFLUENCE QUALITY. THIS IS WHERE FLAVOUR REALLY BEGINS, LONG BEFORE ROASTING OR BREWING.


GROWING COFFEE IN AUSTRALIA IS DIFFERENT TO GROWING COFFEE ELSEWHERE. THIS PART OF THE TOUR HELPS EXPLAIN WHY.
